Returns & Refund Policy
Our promise
We want you to be completely happy with your DeenBlock purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
How to return
- Contact us at abdiaziz@deenblock.com or via our contact form with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return address and any further instructions
- Post the item back to us securely. We recommend using a tracked delivery service
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or shape, please contact us. Subject to availability, we will arrange the exchange for you.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Return postage
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return postage costs. For damaged or defective items, DeenBlock will cover the cost of return postage.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at abdiaziz@deenblock.com.
