Shipping Policy
UK delivery
We offer the following delivery options for all UK orders:
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days — £3.99
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days — £6.99
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £50
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding our delivery to international destinations. Please contact us if you have a specific international request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel via the carrier's website.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If your parcel appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Packaging
Every DeenBlock is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our blocks are wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box. If you have selected gift wrapping, your block will be presented in our signature packaging.
